Q1. How do I start? I am a first timer. I have never played online games before.
RANGGI.NET.MY is only offering a means for you to pay access for the games promoted in RANGGI. After making the payment, and you received the pincode you will need to go to the game site and register there. After doing the registration at the game site and entering your pincode, you can start playing or buying items. It depends on the game playing method for each game.

Q2. Do I need to Download certain files before playing Online Games? Why?
Yes. These files are called Download Client. You need to download one-time only.
You need this file as it is stored in your HDD to enable your PC to communicate with the Game Operator's servers.

Q3: Why do I need to login to RANGGI.NET.MY?
In order for you to make the online payment and, to make RANGGI remembers your personal information and to track your order history you need to have a RANGGI account. Don't worry the registration is simple.

Q4: How do I register my RANGGI.NET.MY accounts?
Go to www.ranggi.net.my and click on the link signup now and follows the simple step.

Q5: I am facing trouble to signup?
As username and passwords are case sensitive. Please make sure that your computer's keyboard capslock turned off and lower/uppercase words are entered in the correct order. After you have key-in your password and password, please recheck for any typing errors. Is your account activated? Check your registered email for the activation code and click on the link provided in the email. If you are still unable to login after performing the above steps, please click on the 'forgot password' link and type-in your registered email address. Please check your email to retrieve your password. Change it immediately after you have receive the new password.

Q6: How do I change my RANGGI password?
After you have logged in, click 'edit information' to change your RANGGI password.

Q7: I'm changing my email address, do I need to change my registered email in RANGGI.NET.MY?
Yes, you need to do so. Click 'edit information' to change your registered email at RANGGI after you have logged in. Be sure that your new email address is valid.

Q8: How do I pay for the game?
You can pay for the game online. We are using iPay88 as the Internet Payment Switching Gateway. Implemented to especially cater to our local customers, iPay88 Link is a simple Internet Payment Switching Gateway system created for store to connect with directly. Buyers only have to enter their credit card / internet banking details and the store only need to send some details of their transaction such as unique reference number, price and description of products.
